I want Ninten but think he'd make a better Lucas echo than a Ness echo. People already think he looks too similar to Ness, so giving him Lucas' normals and what not would help him stand out visually. Lucas' moveset also fits Ninten better (PK Flash and the yo-yo weren't even in Mother 1 while Ana at least could learn PK Freeze). Only things I'd change are giving him Ness' bat for the forward smash and removing the Rope Snake tether.

My idea for Jacket was that he'd be a glass cannon "sword" user.
He would deal some of the highest damage, close to Bowser and Gannon tier and have around Little Mac's speed. But his weakness is that he'd be one of the lightest characters in the game, around Pichu's weight class.
The idea was to fit how he essentially is in his games: Absolute monster hard hitter that is still human and can get fucked up hard himself if not careful.

Normally I'd call bullshit but after Banjo, I'm not sure anymore, fan demand seems more potent than ever. Doesn't help that Geno is canonically an entity without a physical form, I could see Sakurai pulling something cheeky like having the Geno spirit inhabiting a puppet body and calling the Fighter spirit, whatever his real name is supposed to be in that game. Still an incredibly far-fetched idea but if any character has a shot to get in despite being Spirit'd, I'd say it's Geno. Also, Square deciding to NOT include the Geno/Chocobo Mii Costumes despite them being already finished and easy money to include with DQ but including a free Geno spirit, feels weird.
