It wasn't THAT fucking bad. It had great music, some decent fights, and it actually ended the story on a pretty reasonable note.
It couldn't possibly have had the same level of impact as The Painful because it ended Brad's story, and Brad's story is what made The Painful so fucking amazing. The Joyful is about Buddy, and her story is significantly less interesting than Brad's.
I'm just glad it tied everything together at the end. Although for some, that may cheapen the significance of The Painful's ending, I don't see it that way.
