You can always try drilling out the screw, but you need to be very careful since you can easily do a lot of damage if you fuck up or don't know what you're doing in general.

I don't have any tools basically but even if i did, how am i supposed to drill a screw that tiny? The diameter of the screw's shaft is literally 1mm wide. Wouldn't i need like some space age nano drill to do that?
