for me it's Yoshimitsu. not the best character but his animations and moves were really cool. Loved getting the opponent to very low health, jumping over him, sempoku'ing myself and hitting him as well. I recall the flying move with swinging the sword.

Could be that Tekken hasn't been all that mainstream past the fifth game. KoF is still relevant for anyone who grew up in arcades since it was everywhere, even if the current games aren't all that popular.

Capcom and Bamco announced recently that they'll be working together to improve netcode in their games moving forwards

Mokujin is the best. You get to play as everyone and your opponents feel humiliated losing to him. It's like saying you can beat them wih any character.
