Haven't touched my PS4 in almost 6 months. Waiting for Death Stranding, The Royal, FFVIIR and 13 Sentinels (if that's any good). It's not dead yet but there's nothing right now either.

I got a pro recently. So far I've been playing a ton of Yakuza and MGSV, only games I really have for it yet.
Also am getting a PSVR soon, in preparation for Dreams, as well as to play stuff like Rec Room.

I somehow enjoy using it more than my xbone S even though I have a whole fuckload of games I havent even started yet on it, and the media functionality is leagues better on it.

If the xbone still had snap and a functional fucking ui that wasnt ugly as ass, I'd use it more.

Got burnt out on CTR, now playing the WipEout Collection since it was free on PS+. I can barely remember watching my dad play it on the PS2 when I was a kid. It's really fooking good (and pretty challenging).

I've already decided I will get a ps5 and it will be the first system where I'll actually buy games. So far I've always pirated everything. It's the only thing I know and how I grew up, copying floppies in the DOS days. Not being able to play shit now just annoys me.
I will also give up pc gaming. I always need to update my hardware and what not. PC gaming is a meme. On the PS5 I WILL experience the games like everyone else and I'm fine with that.
PS4 is still more powerful than my November 2014 gaming laptop for 1500. Yes I need the portability of a laptop but gaming on it...I save more money and won't have to deal with all that frustration when I just get a ps5 and buy games I actually want to play. this also might cure my pirate syndrome where I have to have every game but then I won't even touch them.

I haven't had the courage to try online after watching an absolute madlad on Youtube going balls to the wall fast with masterful use of the airbrakes and side boosting at the highest speed class. I can barely keep control most of the time and I'm only up to the 2049 cup. Definitely a game I want to git gud at, though.

I always hated it to be honest, still better than the competition in my opinion but still very bad.

Controller is fucking ass, meme touch shit and the useless LED.
Console interface is worse than on PS3, the whole console barely felt like an upgrade in general.
Also mine is fucking loud.

The games I own are mostly remakes, definitive versions and the few new games I played were disappoinments.
Didn't buy any games after sony went full retard with their censorship policy.

Only exclusives that somewhat fun were Bloodborne and Persona 5.

Everything else is better on PC.
I bought multiple games on PS4 first and later on PC when it was on sale cuz it was just 100times better. (they either released on PS4 first or my friend couldn't run it on their shit PC)
