Visible sports bra is fantastic. The top framing it which implies the size of the bra itself is huge is also fantastic.
But the pleated skirt isn't appealing as the black material minimizes the appeal of the pleated design, and the thighhighs simply do not fit the appeal of the design. The point of the skirt is to show off her legs. Thighhighs then cover them. And you could argue ZR, but honestly her ZR is extremely weak and not worth losing the full visible leg.
Basically keep the top half of nu-Tifa and bottom half of original Tifa. Make the tits bigger if you want (I wouldn't mind). Then she's perfectly erotic
