WIDER

It's the comfiest slice of life ever made. If you're not into that it will just seem boring but it is one of the best ways to unwind after a stressful day for me. Great character designs and classic Shaft animation fuckery with a fantastic OST to boot. Just don't get too attached to the characters, I still haven't watched the graduation special because it makes me too sad to think of the group splitting up.

actually and technically every dragon quest is like that, is the same as OP, they keep indtroducing sidestories over sidestories that makes the impression of lumping togather for teh sake of the general plot but at teh end of the day a good 70% of the content is pure filler disguised.

Most Fire Emblem games. If you disable animations you can cut down your playtime immensely.

I liked mekakucity actors. It wasn't anything amazing but it was kinda cool.

And SoulTaker was also really bad.
But I'm kinda sad they don't really do much anymore except Monogatari and Madoka Magica. I like both series, but I also loved all of their other stuff.

the directing and aesthetic were god tier, but the plot was kind of a mess and how the songs were implemented left a lot to be desired. it definitely isn't terrible though.
