I thought we had something special going on but you stopped replying to my posts. Did you forget about all the good times we had? Like the time the jannie banned us and we all regrouped in /vg/? We posted screencaps the live dick, vagine, and e-celeb threads on Yea Forums's front page - it was hard times but worth it to defend your honor.

But we won in the end, didn't we? Back on Yea Forums again and we thought we were in the clear. But we thought wrong because the Cabal-posting had only just begun. Elaborate yarns of discord drama and blackmail resulting in millions of coordinated Boo campaigns which existed solely in the mind of one derraged schizo-poster. I saw somebody remake SMB1-1 with no ground and it was pretty fun. Maybe try something like that? Or just add a bunch of bullet bills or fireballs or koopas or hammer bros instead of Goombas and remake the first 4 levels with Castle ? I always find those kind of levels entertaining because I've beaten all the Mario games so many times.

You know what would really help for me? Joy-con repair. The drift is a bitch, yo!

I bought it last week and I've been having fun, Even the shitty levels are still pretty good and the single player is fun. It just sucks that multiplayer co-op requires you to download the level first so you essential test for a good level and then play it with your friend after you already know what the level is like.

How bad is the drift and how long after buying the system did it start? I have only had mine one month now and I'm getting worried.

It's been over a year. The drift on the right side is pretty bad. Sometimes I can regain control after enough inputting it in the opposite direction. But, it never fails to eventually drift again after a few minutes of playtime.

Stage is pretty basic but at least it's no enemy spam like other first stages. As a tip, try to cover pipe ends to not let them be "naked"

Pretty fun stages! Sky Paths was a nice way of doing a lot of different ideas without cluttering the level

I hope so too, I think part of the issue is just that daily threads are a bit too often at this point I think people need more time to create. Hopefully if/when the update comes out activity spikes up again.

As always, I'll shill my levels and then return any likes I receive, possibly even extra likes if time permits, when I have a chance to turn the game back on. Also, I'm actively making my next level. I have a concept down, but it's very early in development. You don't have to be excited, but I am.

My only feedback is that bowser jr. Should have been in a koopa clown car otherwise it was pretty decent.

Really high quality stages! The ghost house is really clever and the "pokey" stages really captures that NSMB stage feeling. Dropped a follow and drew you a comment.
That said, i now realize how Pokeys are missing despite being such a common enemy

Pokey Ruins was fun, but that damn Piranha plant at the end of the first segment killed me so many times.
Good job for mostly sticking to variants of "pokeys" throughout the whole level.

I like the way you handled platforming with on/off blocks in Palace of Fire and Ice. I wondered if it certain sections could be done with the wrong type of block showing and they not only can but also reward you for doing it. It was a nice surprise instead of getting so far and just getting stuck. That's some good level design.

I really like your Something in the Water level, it is one of the very few enjoyable water levels I've played.

Repostan my last uploaded level. It's a level I had in Mario Maker 1, but touched up here and there, and better thanks to the new features

Bit Crusade 3 is the game I'm currently creating within Mario Maker 2, utilizing all of the games current styles. My courses play like traditional Mario stages, with level theming, hidden goodies, and scaling difficulty. Every stage has 5 red coins hidden within that unlock an optional ultra bonus room at the end of each level.

Starting Stage:
1-1: Start of a New Journey V61-WT5-DPG
Introduction course, meant to ease newcomers into the game and teach them the basics.

Current Stage: NEW!
4-4: Jr.'s Airship Prison 3X3-YB3-CXG
Falling into a trap set by the Koopa Prince, Mario must escape the airship prison and defeat his captors. Moderately difficult airship stage with a boss fight, and the end of World 4.

Feedback is appreciated and returned, I like to make webms of other anons levels in addition to leaving comments and crappy doodles. Playin some thread stuff for a bit before I get cracking on World 5.

A platforming level themed around a thwomp with twisters on his head. It's fairly difficult, but it's also pretty short.

An underwater night time level with a fire koopa clown car. I wanted to see if you could genuinely make a fun level in this theme, and I made sure to put light in as many places as possible.

I just uploaded an easy cape "training" stage that I think could especially be fun in multiplayer versus.

A clever course, I like that giant koopa/breaking wall challenge.
30m challenge is a nice, simple and a very traditional stage, fast and fun.

This was a nice little flying course, showed off all the major things you can do with the cape feather. I can see it being a fun multiplayer stage too like ya said. Its basic but serviceable for what you're going for.

Something in the water was great, one of the best dark water stages I've played by far. Been getting caught up on your stages and they seem like they're gettin better with each one.

The sequel to a personal favorite stage of my own that I made some time ago. Includes lots of goodies and ways to tackle obstacles. Much like the original, if you can find and keep the sequential powerup (this time the cat suit) you’ll be rewarded with speed and fat stacks of coins. Shouldn’t be very difficult, is very speedrun friendly if you know your 3DW moveset.

I like the use of the boos as a way to pressure the player to get through the course, but I find the crouch jumping to get through the tighter sections of the level very annoying

The threads have slowed down because the number of dedicated maker autists here is fairly small, so we're mostly made up of those people and the occasional people who have just picked up the game. We're past the FOTM honeymoon phase where everyone was playing and now only the diehard fans are left posting here.

The game itself is as alive as ever, it's still played by many and watched by a lot on twitch. However that also leads to a lot of players who are simply burnt out on playing just watching streamers, which leads to a net loss in players who play levels here as well.
The lack of a content update is also deflating interest. As much can be done with MM2, people crave more. Upping the course limit was a nice start, but a new style or parts to work with would do wonders adding a bit of renewed interest.

Mradius: Fun level, the part of the volcanoes got a little pointless because you just have to stand still, but it's a good level nonetheless

Ladeira a baixo: It looks good and fun, but it ends very fast.

Toy Box: I liked it, but the car part is a bit annoying, but it's not your fault because it's impossible to make a car level look good.

Theres a couple powerups to unlock but nothing else besides clothes for your mii profile. You'll get some decent stuff from endless. Hope you enjoy it man.

Other games came out, folks wanna know what other content we're gonna get but unless they're super into making and playing stages people drift onto other things while they wait and see. Its a little strange I remember the MM1 threads being lively for much longer than this.

I'm not physic. I would have expected an update already too, but maybe Ninty is taking their sweet time to add more shit. That or they're lazy.

If you intend to beat super hard levels, it's good to see some techniques on Youtube and practice in tutorial stages.
Other than that, all you need to have fun is open some levels and play.

I left a like on these two, they’re obviously well done from what little I saw of them but are a little out of my league difficulty wise and I could finish them.

Beat it and had a good time. Basically an underwater shooter, it was true to the genre in that if you were powered up you were OP, but if you took a hit and lost your firepower it got tough quick. The boss fight was also notably fun and a real nail biter.

Well, I guess that was short lived. Level is no longer in the popular tab. I guess traditional levels rarely stay there.

Nice first level! For me the difficulty spiked a little during the section with the saws, but it was overall it was very well designed with theme and everything.

These are the first levels that i did with the idea of creating more than one version of, with different grades of difficulty. Give them a try and find all the little secrets if you can
