I'm not sure if that stuff would be considered a no-no or not, since it's not directed at anyone in particular. I'm just spamming quotes because I'm having fun IRL while playing and I'm enjoying how my gameplay is working out, so I'm being a bit cocky and using them like taunts, but that's it, really, and some characters even have dedicated taunt emotes (Rein comes to mind), so it's not like Blizzard discourages gentle tongue-in-cheek ribbing and competitiveness like taunting.

Maybe he just made the cinematic, and not her in-game model? The next image is her concept art, where she has biceps. She also has them in her debut cinematic, which uses a different, better model. In-game her arms are skinny, which is why there's the Wendy's 'where's the beef' joke at the end.

The problem is that the people who wrote these lines think most people will use them the intended way. Who the fuck is gonna use "Well Played!" or "Great job!" the way the devs intended, you'll spam that shit when people make a massive miss play or you just stomped the entire team. If someone actually did a good job you'll write "ns" some shit like that in chat. Voice lines and emotes that can be spammed during combat is used for memeing 100% of the time.

I think I got sniped from afar by a Widow or something. Cow mangler is banned because lol infinite ammo. Mantreads because you can glitch equip them with gunboats. Disciplinary action allows heavies to get to mid.
Reserve shooter because mini crits.
Base jumper allows for stupid air mobility.
Most pyro stuff is pyrovision and that's banned.
Natascha is just dumb, steak allows heavy to get to mid.
Wrangler because nobody wants to shoot at a sentry with 66% resistance.
Quick fix makes heal advantages pointless. Vac allows people to switch to medic while their med is dead and build and pop a mini uber before he respawns.

TF2 changes where the rocket comes from based on how it appears on the viewmodel.
So stock, the rocket actually comes out of soldier's right shoulder.
If you change to left-hand viewmodels. it comes out of soldier's left shoulder.
If you use original, it comes out of soldier's face (like all other attacks in the game).
This makes close quarters aiming more true to your line-of-sight and reticle. It's kind of a personal preference, because if you're used to stock and the slightly right rocket origin, switching to original would throw you off.
