What feature are you most hoping gets added or expanded on in Animal Crossing: New Horizons? I would love more new buildings to add, like a movie theater or new shops.

There's no way they can make it bad. New leaf is already a really incredible game. Even if they just took that and made it HD it would be amazing.

getting neighbors to move their fucking houses.

I believe they already announced that's in. You can choose where anything goes in new horizons.

I hope the theory of multiple islands is true.

I really want the ability to send letters WITHOUT having to be in the player's town to return. It was a great feature in City Folk.

But this is so drastically different from New Leaf and any other AC game, my dude. I'm optimistic, but I wonder if the original 'soul' about discovery and that feeling of moving into an already-bustling town where you have to earn your money won be lost forever and make the game feel like a bad spinoff.......

A fleshed out friendship system. Become besties with someone. they randomly hang around your place. You can even become roomies. Getting a boyfriend or girlfriend would be cool too, but I know ninty will never add that.
A jobsystem where you can work at diffrent places to gain bells, instead of collecting bugs and fish.

It becomes the exact same thing eventually, you just have to build it up. New leaf already made you build a bunch of stuff, like the lighthouse the police station and the reset center.

As dumb as it sounds, let me transfer my Pocket Camp character over to play as.

I really hope the resource collecting for the crafting isn't just "strike the village rocks for stones/ore every day" and "shake the trees for wood".

I'm shocked that they put in that kind of resource gathering mechanic, but it's done using the exact same kind of rocks since the Gamecube one, and using the exact same methods you'd use to get bells out of those rocks.

Update their stupid phone app so you can check Nook's online eshop with hourly deals on furniture and shit.

Also if you have an NSO subscription let us start and play online NES games within Animal Crossing.

Are QR code patterns gonna go away since the switch doesnt have a camera?

They could add an online gallery to the game or app, or just implement the QR codes to the app

They could use codes you type in

Oh... there goes one feature I've really wanted.

I want to decorate other people's houses. Part of the fun of the game is seeing what you can create with the limitations available, even though the new games let your house have like 6 rooms I still feel like I bump up against that limit quickly.

I feel like getting your house just how you want it is the "endgame" of Animal Crossing and once you get there it becomes less fun to play and collect new stuff. If I had more places to decorate it would help.

basically I'm saying just stick Happy Home Designer inside the game but make it so I have to actually collect the furniture myself

I'm guessing there will be an online share service where you can browse creations like Smash Ultimate has, but it's by nature going to be shut down one day whereas New Leaf QR codes will be good forever
