I can't actually think of any right now, but an action game that revolves around picking up random weapons as you fight through enemies + being able to set and activate traps ala Deception.

This. Also add in all the other shit from the anime. Eventually you have to go take on that Beholder but Beholders don't spread or grow as fast as goblins so don't focus on the other shit unless you are gaining access to something to better kill goblins.
