Even one of the devs said 2 had lackluster enemy variety. It wasn't as good in that regard, as a "game". I still really like it though but it felt like each title became more cinematic and focused less on the gameplay itself. And then 3 had a bunch of instances where you would just die in a cutscene only making it worse.

Mount the ISOs of 2 & 3, and then run their installers like always.
DON'T use W10's own virtual disc app! It will not work.
Don't install under C:\Program Files\ ! This will cause issues.
The SH1 is a PS1 rip that you gotta emulate using ePSXe or PCSX-R.

Follow the SH2 widescreen fix site's instructions to the teeth, and you should be fine.
