I put maybe 40 hrs into it and then was done. I've put at least 100 into multiple Persona games, Xenoblade Chronicles 1 and 2, MGSV, multiple Yakuza games, XCOM, Planet Coaster, every Smash Bros game, Fortune Street, and then there are games like Chrono Trigger and MGS3 that I have revisited enough times to have clicked over 100 cumulative hours, so no, Skyrim barely even charts. Hell, I've clocked more hours in Audiosurf than Skyrim. Fuck off Todd.

I have so many hours in Dark Souls II that the playtime counter stopped counting at 999 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds. I have minimum 2500 hours between all files. Only 500 hours of that was PVE. I miss peak playercount so much guys, when the switch port didn't get announced at E3 I died a little inside. I'd pay full price just to get a single week of busy PVP

I was never able to play Skyrim for more than 20 minutes at time because it was just so fucking boring.
The world is ugly and boring.
The NPCs are all action figures that move, act, and speak the same, often with the same voice actors, with accents that are all over the place.
The combat is scarcely a step above Minecraft's and has not improved one iota since Oblivion.
I never played long enough to actually see any of the story but knowing Bethesda it was probably shit.

All I ever did was mod it to try and make it interesting. I tried to add Dark Souls combat, I tried to make the game into a survival-horror experience, where the world is an endless night and you have to survive against the elements in a world with no NPCs, nothing but enemies.
I even tried to do a genocide run, disabling enemy respawns and making all NPCs non-essential.
None of it worked.

As I write this it occurs to me that in the eight years I have owned Skyrim, never once have I completed a single quest. Well, I must have at one point, seeing as I remember killing a dragon. But that's it.

Here are the few NPCs I remember from the game:
>the old woman in the first village who says I SAW A DRAGON
>the elf who asks you to deliver a letter
>the cunt wizard in whiterun who wants you to go in the mountains to get a stone
>some bitch in a bar who asks you to join a sellsword company

and that's it

Skyrim is probably my least favorite game. I've given it a go more times than I can count yet every time I give up and go play something else before I even reach Whiterun. It is the least interesting game I know.

Destiny 1 was a fun experience desu. What it lacked in content at launch it made up for in gameplay. Its just fun and satisfying to play. As time went on the game got better.

My most played game is probably Doom thanks to the mods but if we're counting Steam only then its TF2
