Both of the next two GBA Fire Emblems are better than Roy's game.

really? i kinda hated the second one.
didn't know there was a 3rd unless it was JP only.

Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow
Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga
Pokemon
Metroid Fusion/Zero Mission
Kirby Nightmare in Dreamland
Legend of Zelda Minish Cap

The Golden Sun games

Golden Sun, my dude.

I don't know about "must plays" but I'll just list some of my favorites like always
Metroid Zero Mission
Summon Night Swordcraft Story games
Super Robot Taisen Original Generation games
Sonic Advance games
Golden Sun
Castlevania Aria of Sorrow
Advance Wars
Megaman Battle Network games
Megaman Zero games

Both Advance Wars games

Both Golden Sun games

What phone emulator are you using?
For real though, lots of jrpgs and SNES ports. Do you want more obscure stuff, or shit everyone says over and over. Golden Sun is one of the games that made the system for me, but I wont tell you it isnt flawed in any way.

Fug wrong picture, I really need to organize my folders.

FFV
Mega Man Battle Network
Shining Soul 2

Drill Dozer.

Boomers be like "there are no good platformers since SNES"

Any nigga looking for a good platformer, play Drill Dozer, GBA.

There's already a list for that you can look at
>inb4 redditors took over
Only the newer gens

Willy Wonka game on GBA was a good platformer too. Not joking

Advance Wars, easily

Best GBA game, hands down. Especially any JRPG fags.

Why are GBA games full of soul? Like why is 32-bit pixelart so kino?

Basically the GBA was the perfection of the art of game design as it had been practiced from the time on the Atari 2600 up to that point.

The lord of the Rings games
Advance guardian heroes even better in co-op
Pokemon In general especially MD and Emerald
Golden Sun
MMBN, even its shittiest game is kino compared to most of gaming today
Megaman Zero, all of them
FFTA don't let casuals persuade you because they can't handle the laws system
Anything that has ATLUS on the cover
Summon Night my favorite is Hajimari no ishi
Harvest Moon FoMT: the game that Stardew Valley is ripping off
Metroid all of them
Sonic Advence 3
Fire Emblem Sisterfucker's game is still solid
Castlevania minus Harmony of dissonance but if you're into interior decorartor knock yourseld up
Boktai, one of the best Konami seires
Yu-Gi-OH Duel champioship 2006, Stairway to the destined duel and Dungeon dice monsters
Shining soul II
Mario Tenis and Golf pure undistiled Ludo

I'm sure I'm missing some but that covers most of the essentials

Mother 3! It's my favorite game of all time.

Attached: Mother-3-earthbound.jpg (640x360, 54K)

GBA had a lot of licensed gems that flew under the radar.

youtu.be/32Xb5yfE0Kk

Mother 3
Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga
Warioware: Twisted

All of Treasure's games for the platform

Not that one. Binding Blade is a trash heap of a game with its horrendous maps, ridiculous hit percentages (especially on axes) ,FoW, same turn reinforcements, and pathetic cast of characters (especially Roy himself).

It's like they went out of their way to take all the bad aspects of Thracia without incorporating any of the good ones.

Kirby & The Amazing Mirror

Legit 10/10 map design, ahead of its time.
Playing with friends makes the game a bit easier but is extra fun

Attached: 982931.png (3040x2000, 2.02M)

Advance wars 1 and 2

the best part about the GBA imo. Kino 3rd party support

golden sun
aria of sorrow
warioware inc/twisted
kingdom hearts chain of memories

Fusion sucks and Zero Mission is better

GBA has a FE6,FE7 and a FE8

Now here's where it gets stupid
They started bringing fire emblem games in English starting from FE7

But FE7 is a prequel of FE6 while FE8 is a completely unrelated game

What makes amazing mirror so kino is the labyrinth design of it and that finding the doors is a constant grinding, once you approach the end of the game it gets difficult and makes it even better.

I hate drill dozer and it's horrible trumpet music that sounds ripped straight from Pokémon ruby & sapphire

Speaking of Pokémon ruby & sapphire, Pokémon pinball advance is good

This, only game I've ever speedrunned, and not because autism but because I loved and played it so much that I knew every corner.

I can't recommend boktai enough, that game is fucking amazing, it's like if metal gear and Castlevania had the most beautiful baby, the idea, the music, the trailer, the devilish puzzles, everything about that game is everything modern gaming isn't

Just play it, I don't care if you have to use the solar sensor patch

Scurge Hive

Attached: Jenosa_Arma.jpg (340x340, 32K)

Adding to my boktai and Pokémon pinball recommendation

Wario Ware
Rhythm Tengoku
All of the Castlevania games
The First 3 Megaman Battle Networks
The latest Yu-Gi-Oh wo
Polarium
All of the bit generations games especially the extremely unique Sound Voyager
The remake of Medabot 1

>Advance Guardian Heroes
I've never seen anyone else talk about this game. I loved that thing and have always wanted to play co-op.

Attached: 220px-AdvancedGuardianHeroes.jpg (220x219, 17K)

>be me
>go to gamestop to get Fire Emblem Fates Birthright so that i can play along with a friend
>clerk gets overly excited and starts talking about fire emblem
>tells me the game i am buying sucks and i need to play FE on GBA to teally appreciate it
>gets visibly upset when i tell him this will likely be the only FE game i play
>had to stop going to that gamestop because he tries talking to me everytime i walk in now
Fucking autists

there was binding blade, the one just called "fire emblem" with roy's daddy, and sacred stones

Astro Boy, DB AA, Advance Wars, Golden Sun2 and MMZ2 were the top for me. There is more shit like DB Supersonic Warrriors, Castlevania, but others are already making lists
Also, KH looked way too good for a GBA game especially the few 3d cutscenes it had

It was the culmination of everything videogames did in 16bit era with ideas of the next 2 gens. It was perfect and the last time we had a real 2d machine

retard

FE7 + Sacred Stones
Pokeman FR/LG
Pokeman Ruby/Sapphire
Mother 3
Metroid Zero Mission + Fusion
Kirby Nightmare in Dreamland + Amazing Mirror
Mayro and Luigi Super Star Saga
Castlevania Aria of Sorrow
Megaman Zero
Riviera: The Promised Land

Plus every halfway decent SNES game got a port, but I assume you're emulating so no point in playing the ported ROMs over the originals, except for Nightmare in Dreamland IMO

Kirby’s Adventure is NES

Yeah add Wario Ware to my list here

Shaman King Master of Spirits (really simplified GBA Castlevania, give it a try)
Aria of Sorrow
Any of the Fire Emblems
Dragonball Advanced Adventure (pure kino)
Megaman Zero series
Mother 3
Metroid Zero or Fusion its okay they're both solid
Sonic Advance trilogy(not Sonic's best level design)
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance

Advance Wars, Aria of Sorrow, Drill Dozer, Metroid: Zero Mission, Pokémon Emerald, Zelda The: The Minish Cap, Superstar Saga.
Not must play but recommended: Pokémon Mystery Dungeon red rescue team, Pokémon Pinball RS.

>morgana lol folder
i tend to sort my shit with the artist name, for my hentai

>pic totally unrelated

Came here to post this. Binding Blade is serious dogshit. Same turn reinforcements is never ever justifiable.

Tactics Ogre Knight of Lodis
Gradius Galaxies

threadly reminder that the original gba with an ags101 screen mod and flash cart is THE optimal way to enjoy old gba classics
>ergonomics and handfeel matching that of a regular controller
>don't have to put up with sp's button spacing for 10 year old hands
>bright ags101 screen let's you play in any light level and location
>ags101 screen uses less battery power than the original gba screen
>replaceable double A batteries are more convenient than having to recharge your gba and deal with a dead and dying 15+ year old rechargeable battery
>flash cart lets you carry the entire gba library around on one cart that never leaves your console
