Also so nobody is surprised, some guy came out with an all-in-one mod called Flood Warning for RoR2. Just came out, and it's pretty much everything I've been trying to achieve in terms of balance and crazyness. Haven't tried it out yet, so it'll be a first for all of us. Hosting very soon, just checking its stability with the no chests stuff I've been doing (which has always been a thing about lag and FPS more than anything else).
Here is the changelog from vanilla to this mod:

Increases difficulty of all difficulty options by one, {1,2,3} -> {2,3,4}. Drizzle = Rainstorm (Vanilla)
Edits Elite Tiers, Separates blazing and gold from overloading and glacial
All elites can now spawn at any point in the game if there are enough credits
All non-elites spawn with half health
Non-elites can spawn with more health and damage if there are enough credits
Increases blue portal's natural spawn chance
Changes Teleporter Bubble Radius [base 70%, +10% per stage cleared]

All players and allied entities are 50% smaller than vanilla
Teleporter bosses are 100% Larger
All elites are 30% Larger
Malachite elites are a further 150% Larger
Blazing elites are a further 50% Larger
Gold elites are further 280% Larger

All enemies may spawn as elites (see Magma Worm)

Allows enemies to spawn with Gold Elite Affix
Gold Elite Affix now gives enemies both overloading and glacial affixes.
Gold Elite Affix now rewards 8x gold on death

Enemies have a 5% chance to be a "super elite"
Super elites can have multiple elite types
25% Glacial
25% Overloading
15% Blazing
10% Malachite
10% Gold
5% Doppleganger
Doppleganger Elites are exact copies of each existing player.

When an elite enemy spawns, it is Weak for 10 seconds.
Elites spawn with extra stuff
Malachite Elites have 5 stacks of Helfire Tincture and 15 Hoofs
Blazing elites have 8 Goat Hoofs, 5 Warbanners and 1 Behemoth
Glacial Elites have 5 Stun grenades, 3 Chronobaubles and 1 Icicle
Overloading Elites have 8 Syringes, 5 Cautious Slug and 1 Ukelele
Gold Elites have 10 stealth kits, 5 Red Whips, 3 Cautious slugs and both overloading and glacial affixes.

Allow gold elites to drop elite equipment
Increase chance for an elite equipment to drop by 1%, to 1.025%

The game will let more hordes spawn over singular large enemies

All stages have 1.25x interactable credits.
All stages have a mountain shrine

"Special" chests count as small chests and do not give specific items

Replaces the game's item rolling.
Small Chest - 60% White, 30% Green, 10% Equipment
Large Chest - 60% Green, 30% Red, 10% Equipment
Gold Chest - 60% Red, 30% Lunar, 10% Equipment

So what do I do once I get to AHAHAHA? You beat the game at that point and it's pretty impossible to die from that point onward unless you're dumb and use 3D-printers or get unlucky with a golem laser. They should justify unlocking all the items to survive an actual goal or story.

Apparently you need to have it yourself for the enemy size scaling to be visible.

Asset Studio for models. If you want to get the texture itself, you'll have to go get uTiny Ripper and get all the unity assets from that. You'll need to use plugins in UABE to import a new texture. Make sure you have the right one.

If that still doesn't work, I'm not entirely sure what else to do to get it to work.

So when I want to import the texture, currently as png, I click import raw or import dump?

Plugin > Edit > Load > Pick the image > Do the first option it gives you > then save it
If you're not given an option to Edit after hitting Plugin, you might still be missing something. Did it automatically pick a version of unity for you, or did you pick a version of unity manually? And if you don't understand the last question, then it probably picked a version of unity for you. If you import a raw or dump for the image with a normal png image, then the game will crash on startup.

Also, remember transparency makes artificer shiny. Going with even a tiny bit of transparency will give a noticeable specular to artificer. More transparency just makes it more white or whatever the light's color is.
