Having the game end with Ganon and reloading previous to the fight feels like a kick to the nuts, because you've officially beat the game and going back to do all the sidequests and hidden stuff feels pointless.
Also make Zelda an actual companion that goes on an adventure with you. The initial footage and all the fanart of the game made it seem like that was what BOTW was, a journey with Zelda and Link, but all that was a fucking dream.

Master Sword has slightly better DPS because it swings faster and also has faster recovery frames (unless you cancel your recovery frames like an autist). Not to mention better durability, as well as a free ranged attack that doesn't utilize durability.
