I remember hearing a theory that Ocelot acts like that in V because since he was around BB (Because he had to convince himself that Venom as the real BB) he didnt feel the need to put on a show because he was the only man Ocelot respected. Basically saying he only acts like a crazy asshole to his enemies. But then when BB "died" he started to fully embrace the crazy asshole act. Its interesting but itmay be giving Kojima alittle too much credit.
