i enjoyed tw3 but it had the same issue as tes: deep as a pond, but wide as an ocean. I guess that's just the open world rpg curse. though I did generally enjoy the more mature themes of tw3. it did lack the variety that skyrims factions offered, though. Frankly I don't see the purpose of comparing the games too much. They both do some things well and other things not so much. A game like everybody's gone to the rapture offered a much more engrossing, singular and isolated story than any of the aforementioned games, but it's also a much briefer experience, even if it is one that lingers in your thoughts for some time
