In addition to what everyone else said there are 3 critical points:
1) Good sleep. Even 1 hour of lost sleep can fuck you day up. 3 hours will definitely get you in the evening. Keep it simple go to sleep and wake up at the same time. Have some cool down sleep routine
2) Develop good mental habits: distance yourself from work in non working hours, sit with a good posture, stretch your body and eyes from time to time. Every hour take a little break 3-5 minutes, go to toilet, drink water FFS
3) And this one is not required, but great if your job is stressful.
Take the meditation pill. You can do shit like 5 minute in morning, launch, evening. But you should mainly learn it to prevent meltdowns.
You know, sometimes you are working your best and the moment you leave the work, you just don't give a shit anymore. Yeah, just chill the fuck down in these moments, shut down your brain, spent 15 minutes enjoying walking and looking at things around you, maybe more if your are liking it. Then slowly return to your harsh reality without thinking too much on work, just focus on positive things: that funny thread, that interesting moment in vidya, maybe you wanted something to be down.

You may think there no free time on weekdays, I bet you just have shitty time management skills. 4 hours a day for a break from the work should be more than enough. Thing about it it around 20 hours in week from weekdays, you can finish at least one ~8-10 hours game a week.
