Mechanically, its Moze. But in terms of being an unstoppable juggernaut probably Zane. Moze has a bunch of similar Salvador traits like "Get infinite ammo for X seconds after leaving mech" and "Get ammo regen after a kill" or "Sometimes you just dont use ammo." However, Zane has like a dozen on kill passives that cycle endlessly and he snowballs out of control real quickly.

It's combat system is dated and it is a dungeon crawler so it is a bit dated by that, but soundtrack is great, story is great, even the characters are date.

Only question is if you can deal with dungeon crawlers
