For what it's worth, NIS isn't completely in shambles. They're at a low point but not bankrupt-levels. They just need to crawl back up, and I think things like the Disgaea 4 port are what they're doing to achieve that. It's likely the reason Galleria got pushed to Spring 2020

Also, why the fuck did they translate "Oogarasu" as "Velkuvrana"? Even I as someone who doesn't understand Japanese, knows that shit means "Great crow". Sounds way cooler and makes a lot more sense, see: Unclean Ornit, crow-like enemies, etc.

You just have to grab good pacts and once you have access to soul transfer, you can build them however you want.
