3D PS1 and N64 games almost never ran at 30fps. Some 2D games suffered, but it was rare.
Everything earlier was 60fps, simply because of how the hardware was built, you got slowdown and sprite flicker instead of framedrops.

Yeah, the 2D games in 1999 or whatever. There were a handful of 3D 60 FPS games in there that I could cherry pick but it'd be beside the point. It's 20 years later, most other 3D games hit solid 60FPS but we still get companies and consoles that think 30 is still okay.

Action adventure game heavily story driven with a large multi-layered open world which you can fly between.
The movement mechanics is also a fighting system where you divekick monsters mid-air, then use gravity to throw debris at then such.
