The data this is based on is absolutely ridiculous. You know where it's from? A 2017 study that (obviously) put phone games in the same bag, and put some of the more popular mobile titles as "strategy". So now they think the majority of gamers are female and that females play vastly more strategy titles than guys.
On the other hand, industry insiders like Adrian Chmielarz say that from his data, probably the actual size of females who we'd call gamers is closer to around 12%, but no one wants to talk about that, when he mentioned this, people went fucking apeshit on him.
Armor mods can typically be done with mesh replacement, and even then rigging them tends to be a nightmare; usually the heavily-deforming parts are just retextures, and you switch out mesh parts. Weapon mods are also pretty easy for this reason, they're basically static meshes.
Penises aren't just mesh add-ons; you have to find a way to blend the texture to avoid super-obvious seams, and you have to rig them up to have physics when limp and also be able to get erect which means proper deformation parameters that don't exist AT ALL in the game's code.
