Yeah ff tactics is pretty good, but i never beaten it. Was stuck on some guy turning demon (think it was second or third lukavy) and had a save that didn't let me to go back.
Last game that made me feel same way was actually mario odyssey and maybe zelda botw, lol.

the constant back tracking and chaff grenade gauntlets are enough to kill the fun from the boss fights and the first few stealth areas
