It's the skin texture for white female create-a-skaters. Normally you can't access them, however THPS3 loads all the textures on your skater. If you're wearing a jacket, it doesn't cull your body model, it fits right over it. I believe it works in THUG as well. If you play around with the camera, you can force the angle to reveal parts of the skin texture.

Interestingly, the browner skin tones have bras textured on to them. Only the white tone has the bra cut out.

OP here; not that my opinion matters, but I'm fine with you guys posting non-nudity stuff that's normally out of sight in games, because it can be interesting. I just don't happen to have any examples on the laptop I'm using.

Alan Wake has a free camera mode that lets you see some weird shit sometimes. It's also just an impressive free camera mode in general, because almost all of the in-game locations are on one huge map, so you can fly anywhere at any time (e.g., you can fly the camera over to the bird leg cabin during the opening scene on the ferry). Some things aren't fully rendered during chapters in which they aren't used, but it's all there.

It has a VR version as well
