Play it for 1-2 hours, if you don't like it then, you won't like the rest of it.

If you enjoyed deus ex, or system/Bioshock you will enjoy this game.

This, it is among my top favourites for this very reason, along Dishonored and Deus ex it really is a great story and a great game.

It's fun but the gunplay is ass and if you get the wrench chip you can stunlock all non-floating enemies to death

I didn't use any of the typhon mods and the game was almost too easy on the hardest difficulty, once you figured the AI out
If you're into the genre, I think a no-mod pacifist run could be a lot of fun

If you play it like an FPS you'll be underwhelmed. If you explore and play it like a puzzle game you'll have a better time.

A 7.5 is a great score.

It is. Just pick nightmare difficulty with survival options and explore as you see fit.

I couldn't get into it, even though it seems like something I should like. Probably doesn't help that it runs like shit on my system, but I guess you won't have that issue. Other, more complex, and better looking games from its timeframe and since all run fine, btw. Just something about this one disagrees with my setup.
