They did that already, Nobody bought it out of spite, mgs without Kojima is pointless.

First Konami doesn't even want to make more Metal Gear or really most games. Second the general populous doesn't want Metal Gear games without Kojima or Platinum. Third the Metal Gear series is basically over and complete with no real need for more games, except maybe another Rising.

Nah you obviously don't understand P5R, it's not just add one character like DMCSE is usually. Full plot is reworked, hours and hours of new content and story and gameplay changes, p5r will actually be worth it
