This game is so fucking good
Shame we LITERALLY cant talk about it except "go buy its good I promise"

Playing with the gravity mechanics is pretty fun too.
>Be on Ember Twin
>Boost with jetpack out of the planets atmosphere and into the Ash Twins atmosphere
>Continue boosting to effectively form a figure 8 rotation around both planets

Just another year before Tim Sweeney stops handing out free copies and lets us buy it on Steam!

how do you deal with the cacti

Touching them is bad. In some places you have to wait for the sand to rise enough that you can just walk on top of them, and in others you have to reach them fast enough that they still haven't been uncovered by the sand.

You either be very autistic and careful with your jetpack, or you time it perfectly enough so that when the sand is at a certain level you can just walk over them.

>Make it to Feldspar's Camp at the end of the loop
>Realize there's something I missed so I have to do it again

>watch gameplay
>generic bandits survive headshot from high powered sniper
That's a pretty big yikes from me

Outer Wilds. You're thinking of Outer Worlds.

Oh shit you're absolutely right, thought this was a thread about that up and coming pile of shit. That simple letter difference is pretty confusing.

it's 2 letters user
but yeah, is this game epic store exclusive or did this guy
make the same mistake?

Epic exclusive, announced just before it released just like all the other ones.

Epic and Xboner exclusive. Definitely worth a pirate though.

Wait there were living ones of those in Dark Bramble? I flew around there for a while and didn't see any

Go into The fog in the center of the planet also One of the seeds crashed on Timber Hearth so you can check that out too.

Why do you think I was in Dark Bramble in the first place? I found that seed and sent a probe in, then followed it to the dude living in the dead fish.
Never saw a living fish, not even after I got lost in there until the reset happened

There's more to find in there. You're practically forced to sneak by them at some point after you meet that guy.

This game is one of only a handful of games from this gen that manages to channel that feeling that Majora's Mask did. It has mystery, and it doesn't hold your hand or force anything down your throat. You discover everything for yourself, by yourself.

Why are weebs so creepy

>Using the blackhole to slingshot yourself into the tower before it collapses
I'm gonna be honest, it's some real anusclenching shit and I died couple times, but gid did it feel good to land on the tower like that.

this game gives me anxiety, I've only been on the moon and the black hole planet and uninstalled

What helps is taking out your little audio sensor gun and following the instruments. That's what helped me get through the literal hell that is the Dark Bramble.
