just about all of them are worth playing even fo4. 76 is a broken turd so ignore it.
Fo3 has at least an interesting map with some cool characters and such. You should play fallout 3 first so you can savor the improvements New Vegas made.

If you just got finished playing 1 and or 2 I would honestly skip all the 3d ones and just remember the series for the good games. NV is tolerable. 3 and 4 are basically bad fan games

3 is just full of bad writing, bad mechanics, bad art, bad design. I get what they are going for but it doesn't fit the spirit of Fallout at all imo. NV does a better job sticking to the spirit of the original games, but it still has a lot of issues despite how much people seem to love it here.
