If you stall on Arsene, it frustrates the Joker player and they put more mental energy into trying to catch you. It takes away their moments of respite and keeps the momentum from shifting to their side.
Most players have to take a second to even remember what fucking team they play for much less shill anything beyond jerrsy logos.
