An obvious answer but Devil May Cry.
It's such a beautifully innocent idea of what being badass is. Generally when something is "cool" in modern media these days it has to be hidden behind fifteen layers of irony, but DMC is just gleeful about how fucking over the top and earnest it is. I think people who call DMC stuff like "cringe" and shit is completely missing the point, which is why DmC was a failed reboot. It tried too hard to not appear childish and thus the appeal of DMC was lost.
