This is pretty much what I want. I don't want to be rich and to own a big home with fancy cars. I want to have a job that gives me enough money to pay bills, and a nice girl to settle down with.

Unfortunately the college degree has dropped in value a lot, so much that it becomes a default requirement for pretty basic things that don't really require that sort of education. Since you're probably working something during normal hours, at least consider branching out and taking up hobbies or attending communal events to try and just ease your stress. Building a workout routine or daily run can help with taking off some stress, trying to connect and socialize with people either directly or even through internet communities can be helpful just to have people to talk to.
I can't say much for how to start out, but if you can at least secure maybe an Associate's at a two-year community college, which can be hard even when working some menial job, you should be able to at least try and find something else using that as a evidence that you can work towards something. I'd definitely suggest looking at a degree that at least has some opportunities or use and not something trivial, or even just taking skill-based classes that have obvious opportunities. I can't speak with too much experience about starting from nothing, it's unfortunate and I'm sorry you have to go through it.
