How is it compared to CoC?

I plan on to move to the central parts. My brothers want to go there with their families, mom wants to move to Moscow. Only things holding me here are unfinished bachelor's and father's grave.
I'll probably move to Moscow soon, too. After all, Moscow and Saint Petersburg are considered to be a different country not by people far from central parts, but by citizens from Moscow and SPeter themselves.

It has all the features of CoC, but with a ton of new mechanics like new main quests, lots of new mission types, a disguise system, several crafting systems, camping and hunting mechanics, more complex A-Life, and more NPC types.
It's also the only mod to run on the 64bit build of X-ray so it crashes way less often

Not too close. But we don't have that much stray animals now, to think about it. I remember seeing more of them 5 years before. We have a real shithole right near the town, called Shanghai (picrelated). There are a lot of lowlifes who probably eat pets. We also have another one, similar to that, but bigger and called Shanghai officially. Picrelated.
Squash pizza: peel and grate squash, salt it, wait for 1o minutes and press out the oil. To oil add an egg, flour, spices, herbs, grated garlic, salt and grated squash. Mix, put on an oiled tray. Put a cut tomato on the dough and put it into an oven for 30 minutes 180 degrees celsius, drop some cheap grated cheese on it and put it in for 10 more minutes.
You can actually afford it in the central parts of the country for 100 rubles approximately. Here, it would be like 2-3 times more.

Most people stay in the villages, because they get kids early and don't have much money or support to move, they get sad, depressed, drink and shit. The amount of children in foster houses is astounding. People who see that shit talk about it a lot, but most others just drink. Vodka is pretty cheap, and a lot of people cook moonshine to sell it illegally or simply drink together. I remember my friend telling me about a guy in his village (he was born in a small village near an army unit somewhere down to the south) who was cooking moonshine from potatoes. He literally boiled potatoes, it was so hardcore that you could hear them punching the walls of the vessel.

Where are they from?
A lot of changed since union. My parent came to the current shithole when it was still being built and had a future, and living here, while hard, was worth it in terms of profit and health. After 2000, it all went downhill, population of the town went from 100k to 75k, a lot of villages and settlements around the town went into decay, costs of living grew while paychecks didn't and a lot of northern citizen benefits were cut.
We recently (3 years ago) had 2 tons of gold and 16 tons of silver (cleaned, not raw) stolen. It simply disappeared. Corruption and shit. At least the governor changed a year ago and things got somewhat better.

Most of the X universe games. X2 is the best for immersion in my opinion but the X3 games have more stuff to do and better quality of life.

Well, he is actually right. You can take any armor and make it absolute, so you can put on whatever you like. You can also change the appearance of you character a lot. You are also free to choose which dungeon you are going to clear next.
Problem is, it doesn't mean jack shit because you do nothing memorable, important or whatever, unlike in rpgs where you have smaller quests about killing animals and gaining EXP/profit and bigger once which might have some impact.

To make the biggest freedom game, they relied on making as pointless actions and abilities as possible.

I unironically think Skyrim is one of the best games ever made and all the people who point out it's flaws are nit picking. The pros outweigh the cons by a cosmic mile in my eyes.

Vanilla skyrim can be modded, so it's a feature of the game to me.

But to further elaborate, I fell in love with the game with about 300 hours on the PS3 version, then got the PC version some years later and fell in love again with endless mods. I have no problem going back to vanilla, the game is still very enjoyable to me and endlessly replayable.
Can't say the same for Morrowind, Oblivion, or similar titles.
