You should draw in as high a resolution as you can, preferably in the 4k-6k range. You can always take your source resolution and downsize it, but not the opposite. It does affect your tablet but the nuances are hard to explain, make sure you're using appropriately thick linse and that you understand your stabilizer setting. The main issue is more resolution means more room for error, but also detail. You'll get used to it.
