cowwadootie was a children's game back then and it's still a children's game now

110gb
30gb of inaccesible cosmetics unless paid for

Nah playing CoD, GoW, and Halo on Xbox and simultaneously Source games on PC was the golden age of multiplayer gaming.

>people aren't allowed to be nostalgic for something from their childhood
Isn't that the whole point of this "going home" shit?

So in other words you agree with user

110gb of pure awesomeness sounds pretty epic

Yoshi's Island is a genuine children's game and it's the best platformer ever made.

cant wait to see how they fuck up or make a glorious 100v100 mode
\not even Battlefield has tried to pull this off since forever

Name ONE video game that isn't for children

First CoD im gonna buy in years

I think black ops 1 was the peak for offensive emblems, shit was funny seeing what people could come up with.

I enjoy a variety of both single player and online games but I haven't felt excited for Call of Duty since Black Ops 1 Wayback. a decade ago and for me to get excited must means that they are really switching it up

A crazy chaotic but well-thought-out online game is nice once in awhile to take a break from a immersive single-player game in my opinion and Call of Duty fits that profile at least this one now

Anybody else feel the same?

Depends, any idea how the map design is?

World at War remaster when

I feel it

simply eric

No. Now fuck off shill.

Hopefully after MW2 Remaster.

>but I haven't felt excited for Call of Duty since Black Ops 1
how to spot a shill 101

it's 100 players, not 200

>ground wars is just some type of endless battle royale with teams of 10 spawning in every few minutes

ah fuck, 50v50 or 64v64 still sounds awesome though

Battlefield never managed to pull it off, because of either their shitty engine, or just being too lazy to innovate anymore( more likely both). Battlefield 3 was supposed to have like 100 player battles and because of old gen consoles it wasn't possible. After I have no idea what happened. Probably hired too many trannies or something

they traded playercount / mapsizes for raytracing and whatever dumb tech the devs were obligated to cram in to make a pretty looking but ultimately console-based shooter with slightly larger playercount than CoD

The fact that Modern Warfare is the one taking this risk and making a mode that's going to be a colossal clusterfuck (and hopefully fun) makes me happy and hope it works out.
At least this might galvanize EA/DICE to shit out a gamemode focused on massive battles rather than miniature skirmishes while a massive battle is taking place as a backdrop for the map

Its 100 total, 50v50.
