Except it has, for almost a decade now EVO and other fighting tourneys know how to get big numbers for viewership. Dragonball World Tour had under 100k for the entirety of the stream and it wasn't until GF that it went up to almost 200k. Tekken has been doing it for years now. It sounds like you're just resentful to be honest and I don't know why, this stuff is common with fighting games specifically.
