It's possible to beat Leo, just don't fucking choke. Tweek had him, he just dropped it because he started going on tilt. It isn't impossible to beat him, you just have to win early because of Joker's built-in comeback mechanic/win-more mechanic being so ridiculous.

Arsene is stupidly good and stays out stupidly long for how strong it is, it's literally DLC privilege and lets him coast from full meter to full meter waiting for it to come back, as he gets more of them your percentage chance of winning drops by the fucking tens per second.

That or it's literally scripted, this shit happens every damn year.

There was a reason he gravitated from Ike to Lucina and then Joker, it's not a vacuum. There's a reason he's not playing Duckhunt or fucking Samus up there.

Leo knows fundamentals and doesn't really get with the "wiggly" aerials people tend to do, so he seems to be able to see and read them way, way easier. Sometimes you'll see him just stand there, stop, walk, empty jump, while others are constantly spamming aerials with every jump and darting around like squirrels.
And then when you throw a strong curveball at him like Mega Man at a high level, his fundamentals are challenged due to MM's weirdass playstyle and you have an opening.

Kameme was great but it feels like this was a case of "failure to download" in time and MkLeo being offset by such an usual play style and character choice. People shouldn't read into this too much and realize that MkLeo would probably win out the more they encounter each other than the other way around.

Unlikely, Nintendo wants to sell DLC not make a "balanced" fighting experience. They couldn't care less about what happens to this game once they've finished selling all 5 DLC characters and all the Smash copies that they could.
