Here comes the video game control conversation. Again

>i-it's video games! it has nothing to do with an increasingly gynocentric culture that scorns men and at the same time expects them to uphold the responsibilities of their forefathers while attaining no benefit of doing so! it's not that we are ignoring the mental health and abuse of young men leading to an increase of isolated men who are seeking guidance and structure becoming radicalized into far right/far left activist groups!

neither side actually knows what the problem is. shit's fucked.

This, whats even worse is that people think there's two sides

Your line of reasoning makes sense in that "being straight white male is supposed to come with privilege but life is hard despite that and feel like I can't complain about my situation in any tasteful way so I'm going to rationalize my problems as being because of feminism and liberals". Mental health funding is mostly a democrat platform (more government spending) which is why republicans are quick to jump on video games. Trump even did that while putting out anti-video game propaganda last year.

dilate

i think it's also from transhumanism not being mainstream yet. a lot of people are confused by or afraid of death and become obsessed with death, without realizing that it doesn't have to hold as much power over us as they think.

We've been having this conversation since Columbine and every random black man who blamed their car theft on Rockstar. Nobody gives a shit unless they start passing legislation.

It's true.

VIDEO GAAAAAAAMES!!!

So how is the rhetoric of lawmakers less significant than twitter bitching?

>video games don't make people violent
>but sexy stuff in video games does make them misogynistic

which is it
