Watching Redline reminded me of why I loved F-Zero so much. It because bit has personality besides "look at all of these expensive cars while we play shitty pop music." It's an absurd race across the fucking galaxy, and that's fucking metal. Imagine a new game but with proper support, marketing, and gameplay on a console that's not failing. Holy fuck, an F-Zero on the 3ds could have been sick, but Mario kart took it, and did it again on the switch to the point of having zero g mechanics, tracks from F-Zero, and 200cc. No other game series has given me the same ball busting speed and adrenaline rush since playing gx and devs these days are too busy drinking onions to play the most Chad racing franchise of all time.
