What games have they even put out this year? Three Houses? Mario Maker 2? Where are the big hitters? As far as I know there's nothing on the level of Super Mario Odyssey planned for this year.

How's the Dark Souls port on Switch

I put 140 hours into it, loved it. Online is very active.

Three Houses is one of the best games released this decade pleb.

I'm playing Three Houses and i love it. I'm 49 hours deep and i'm maneaging some stuff to properly start chapter 14.

I just wanna know how many chapters this game has at this point. I'm with Blue Chads and i'd guess there are like 10 timeskip chapters at least, am i mistaken ?

The olny thing i'm not liking is the difficulty curve. The way they changed the promotion and class systems seems good on paper but the difficulty doesn't catch up (Chapter 12 was the exception though) so most chapters thus far have been particularly easy.

I only bought it for Monster Hunter. I also own Mario Kart and was planning to get Octopath Traveler but it's now on PC so now I'm waiting for the PC port to be on sale.
Planning on getting the new animal crossing.

Me too, I'd buy them day one. Btw the remasters all have flaws, but I think switch is the best of the bunch. Xbox/ps4 remasters redid the shading and lighting and it looks flat and awful. Switch compressed the sound so it doesn't sound as good, but looks 100% faithful to the original (but with stable 30fps) so that's why I picked this version.

Currently playing 3H and loving it so far! Also Splatoon 2 every now and then along with Mario Maker 2.
Looking forward to make more friends to play New Horizons with!

Hollow Knight is a metroidvania with exploration and backtracking.
Shovel Knight is a platformer.
They're both very well made, it depends on what you're looking for hollow knight is the better game

If you really really really want a 8-bit inspired game, shovel knight.

Me, gonna play the heck out of it. I want to get my money's worth from this worthless Nintendo online, at this point all I use it for is Mario Maker 2 and MHGU, everything else is too laggy.
