why are assault rifles so shit in this game

I did three runs but I only got 2 of the 3 special powers for some reason
I had that problem for the Riminah run

We can only pray, there has been more modding activity too.

E.Y.E. is one of the most aesthetically pleasing games out there imo. some of it's maps are breathtaking
I wish the source engine was still used today. something about the way the lighting/sounds/models come together creates some genuinely beautiful environments and maps.
Maybe I think so because it's the engine I've grown up with. Regardless, source and goldsource are very pretty and I will be very sad when they're completely phased out

I think I'm gonna learn source mapping just so I can make comfy, ambient environments to explore.

Do civilians not exist in EYE? There's maybe 2-3 "civilians" or bandits or whatever at most per mission, and the rest you face are just soldiers or demons.

I haven't played this game in a long fucking time, but I remember liking that machine pistol with the really rapid alt-fire(which became a fucking death machine with the right abilities)the 100 round assault rifle for killing lightly armored targets, the minigun was always fun too, the semi-auto rifle that hit like a truck and the "Bear Killer" pistol that also hit like a truck. Special mention to the standard non-AK assault rifle for being a good generalist weapon to use and the pump shotgun for having stupid amounts of ammunition per magazine/clip/tube or whatever.

Neat, I didn't even know that custom maps for this game actually existed.
