Unironically yes. Everything up to 50 ranges from dogshit to mediocre. The quests bridging ARR to the first expansion range from decent to great. Heavensward is fantastic, then Stormblood is less good. Shadowbringers is pure gold.
You have three (3) 24-man raids to do once you hit 50, and 13 levels of a balls hard 8-man raid you should unsync with a couple carries for the story.
All the raids are canon and pertinent to the plot.
