The game is really great for being a sort of mix up between 999 and Danganronpa, if it's even worth of being called like this. Spoilers for all of what's available from the game so far : Stop reading niggers they really are spoilers.
What would have happened if I picked Nao in the final vote? I went with the most logical/safest option and killed Kanna because while I hated Sou I wanted to keep him alive and make him suffer more. What the fuck Will happen now ? What's the endgame of the kidnappers? So many mysteries... I'm going to re-read it and see if choices really mattered or if the game pointed you toward a certain direction throughout.

You didn't see it here but the final twist Will be that you yourself the person behind the screen will end up participating in the death game. Chapter 3 part 1 will be released with heavy DRMs to scan your files and infer about your location and such. It will be Your Turn To Die, user.

All the participants are a bit understanding because they as well wouldn't want to risk dying and are unsure they could do the same if they were up there. That he took three doses was good enough. Putting it this way, if five is enough to kill a full grown man, how close is four? Q-taro is beefy, but he's only 240 lbs. He could possibly survive five, but that's already considered a lethal dose. Four is probable, but he has no idea how strong the poison is or what it feels like. The real question is how well Gin could survive two and the thing I take issue with. Thankfully he could. What would really have been a despair ending is Q-taro taking three shots, but Gin dying to 2 and Q-taro realizing he could have easily taken a fourth.

Why did everyone go against the sage in chapter 1 anyways? The sage knows who the keymaster is, and can't lie about it. Worst case scenario, that person is lying, isn't the sage, and could potentially be "protecting" the sacrifice to get them killed off more easily. Was it because they know for sure that person isn't the sacrifice, and could vote for them without everyone else dying?
Sou introduced a state where the keymaster and sacrifice were uncertain, and as such voting for anyone but the sage was a potential death sentence for everyone involved.

The game so far has avoided being meta with the player besides for the Majority rules explanation at the start of the game. But that was also Sou's hallucination of himself. I'm hopeful we get epilogues for the endings we do get. I'd really like to see little vignettes from after some of the bad endings. Pic related being the most obvious one.

Concerning AI, so the author has made it clear that Dolls don't bleed so anyone who has visibily or according to others shown blood are humans.

MV is notable for having heavy integration of mouse controls. It's become extremely clunky due to a wide amount of reasons and runs poorly compared to its simpler predecessors, but mouse controls makes some things easier. Also all MV games can actually be run in browser so if you're wondering how that worked, it's actually just something they allow you to do with MV by default. I'm guessing there's an actual tile underlay for the parts that require clicking, but I'm not too familiar with the actual scripts used for it. I'm sure you could do jank workarounds involving an invisible character who runs to the spots you click on for those parts, but I feel like he might just have found more appropriate plugins and scripts for it.
What I'm really amused by is how the options menu still has a money counter that displays 0 any time you open it.
