I'd recommend quite a few, like Shovel knight and Risk of Rain and FTL, but when it comes to games about exploration (and things I'd love to see in BOTW2) it would be pic related as my game of the generation. Everything Zelda does, this game just does 100+ better.

BOTW is extremely underrated. Game does not get nearly enough credit for everything it does right, and whether people realize it or not, the reason for that is because the lategame and ending are lackluster and so that's the impression it leaves people with. Nevermind that you get dozens of hours of extremely fun and well-paced gameplay, people form their entire opinions based on, because it fizzles out when you try to wring fun out of it like a sponge for 100+ hours, somehow the whole experience is now terrible.
