Koikatsu is basically Honey Select, except with more anime. You make the characters (or more realistically, download the character card) and then fuck them. The main difference is that I found Honey Select best when downloading full character model mods (mostly DoA) while Koikatsu generally involves some slider/clothing mods and then uses the character creator.

I wouldn't consider either worth buying but if you liked Honey Select, and want more anime girls, then it's worth picking up.

Koikatsu is very vanilla but looks and plays really good.
You might look into Artificial Academy 2 too, gameplay is more crude but the ai is more fun and you can experience more diverse scenarios like ntr, death by evil yandere, rival boys, play as a girl, class full of non-virgin sluts, use force, get forced, pregnancy end, interuptions etc.
Just once I'd like a decent futa game. That's all I ask.

Lol. But sure, Koikatu is fun, but imo the funniest part is just making cards with the very detailed character creator and screenshots of them doing random shit in the Chara Studio.
There's also a Free H mode if you just want some fuck, but it's honestly underwhelming.
I installed it and played it for a while, but ultimately stuck more to Honey Select. The problem with both of those girls is that I find the girls to look pretty similar once you've seen a few. But Honey Select is saved in this regards by the exported models from other games by Roy12.
Though I did manage to make a girl more akin to my tastes in Koikatsu.

With how the character editor works in Koikatu, that's up to you. Use the sliders, the base model can be edited to the point it turns into something else entirely.
