I liked it but it had such a bizarre mix of "REEEEEEEE BLOOD VIOLENCE DEATH GORE HORROR LIFE IS CRUEL AND NOTHING IS NICE!" and "SUGOIIIIIII KIMOCHI AM I KAWAII UGUUUUUU I AM CUTE MOE CHARACTER WHO ACTS LIKE CAT GIRL WHEN SHE IS NOT KILLING PEOPLE TEEHEE" I mean right down to the opening and closing themes. The opening is all super artsy with this spooky latin song. Then the ending that plays right after a scene where someone just got brutally murdered is "BABY I WANNA BE YOUR GIRL! ^______^"
It's just a very, very weird show.

It's too spread out, there's too much shit to do and lots of back and forth with non-interesting gameplay. Some of the cutscenes/interactions were okay but for the most part I couldn't bring myself to give a fuck about anything, really.

Yup, I was also loving Trails until I got annoyed at how many fucking side-quests and side-missions they have, and if you don't do them ASAP you will fail them and will miss out on side content. That's where I lost interest in playing the game and nautrally drifted towards other games instead. I'm just too old for this kind of timewaster shit, honestly.

i did do that much. despite all of Inuyasha's flaws and me just not believing the show has aged very well at all i still get a lot of nostalgia for it. i feel as though watching a show like Elfen Lied on youtube kind of kills a lot of its charm since the few things i liked about it were its very ominous atmosphere and watching it on my old as 37 inch TV in a pitch black room was a pretty good experience. i had bought the DVD version.

Nigga, I straight downloaded each full episode from YouTube, years ago. Even the bonus mid-season episode. I did that just to show my friends. They were just intrigued as much as I was. Granted, there were in horrible 480p quality. Good times though.
