So what's the moral of this story? That genocide is good?
So what's the moral of this story? That genocide is good?
only if it'l bring back your homies
Why are his reaction faces so perfect?
That everyone has a right to fight for their existence, even objectively inferior beings. That right is not granted, but won, in struggle and pain.
this is the correct answer
>we've been tempered this whole time
>Hydaelyn is literally evil
>no option to take up Emet's offer to bunk with the neo-Ascians in fantasy New York
Gonna be honest here - I did not feel good about one bit of this.
this
Why does Emet-Selch slouch all the time? Doesnt he know he's going to ruin his back that way?
To be fair, Emet is tempered too
He can just grab a new body from his stockpile.
That both light and dark are fucking retarded and you should just blow town to be a murderhobo with your real friends.
...
>Waaah we fucked up and summoned a literal elder god of evil
>Let's kill half the untermensch to bring our sacrificed aryans back
>wtf big titty crystal gf just one-shot my evil god
>guess i'll become hitler
>Emet was right all along
>Call him Hitler
Yea, seems legit
There's nothing saying your crystal mommy isn't doing the same eat at the world shit every other primal is known for. She's just taking bite sized meals in comparison.
Based, just because you more "perfect" than us doesn't mean you have the right.
Everyone can fight for it
But mommy Crystal is pure! PURE!
What did she mean by this?
There's nothing saying she is, either.
The weight of his responsibility is too great. He stands tall when it's lifted from his shoulders.
But you have no proof she's doing that. The original Ascians were able to summon her without needing to sacrifice any aether.
She wants Sid to view her as a woman he can knock up and have little long-eared, horned dark knights with, not a daughter.
really don't think they'll do this. Hydaelyn has been portrayed in basically everything as unrelentingly, unfailingly good - to the point where they even went so far as to go "Hydaelyn dindu nuffin to the first it was all ASCIANS" even though Hydaelyn fucking it up would've been way cooler. Long story short, don't expect some awesome twist where we fight Hydaelyn.
But that's exactly what she did, she caused much more death and suffering overall because as a result of the sundering, living beings across thirteen worlds ended up having shitty lives. So many suffered and died living out imperfect existences, that not even several thousands of years of Ascians harvesting lives on their complete planet could compare.
Everyone's f00ckin tempered.
The best you could do is ask Midgardsormr to supress your "gift" again, maybe that would work.
That the Ascians are a bunch of 300IQ idiots and you shouldn't pity them.
migardsomr is even tempered though. That was the pact. He gave up his autonomy for a place to raise his kids.
You're not wrong, but I think that's too specific and in wording it that way you're missing out on some of the other important plot points that don't fit into that structure.
From Minfilia and Ardbert giving up their existence to give Ryne and yourself their powers respectively, to Emet and the Ascians having to accept that their society has ended- there was a frequently occurring theme of handing off the world to the next generation. Emet was the only one who was arguing against that idea and represented the thought of "damn millennials are ruining everything and we have to go back to the way things were".
>light and dark are just elements bro they can be good or bad
>story still ends up being light/good vs dark/bad
That's not necessarily the same thing.
He's probably not tempered since he follows the terms of his pact while skirting around it.
The next generation has to prove they're worthy of inheriting it and you don't do that by just asking nicely. Just handing it over to those unprepared to handle it would just cause even more damage.
Ryne didn't prove shit, but I guess even just saying that you're going to do something makes you more useful than Minfilia.
>Be a race of powerful beings that can create with thought alone
>The planet braps
>Mass panic causes a literal apocalypse because your fears manifest themselves
>Act like this was a great injustice instead of something that could have been avoided by keeping your cool
>RRRRRRREEEEEEEE autistically at other species because they do not show the same tendency for self-sacrifice that you think is necessary even though it was only necessary for you due to your own retardation
Ascians a shit and anyone who thinks Emet's sob story was relatable is equally a shit.
You think you do, but you don't.
in regards to being able to make your dreams into reality.
She proved that she has the courage to sacrifice herself to see Thancred's pain alleviated, she was ready to give up her life to see Minfilia return and believed it would be the right thing until events convinced her otherwise and that her own life has value too.
Why won't the Dps eat their FUCKING FRUIT in this place
It could not have been avoided by keeping your cool. They lost control of their powers. Everything they thought turned into reality, the only way to stop that is to cease thinking and that is possible only if you brainwipe or kill yourself.
nigga people still dont stack in the shadowbringers content and you want them to do low level one off mechs?
Then they should have made a class on how-to-not-lose-control-of-your-powers since they're so smart.
The sound that came from the planet was causing them to lose it, it didn't happen because they grew afraid of the sound. The sound by the virtue of its presence stripped them of that control when they were exposed to it.
Nice superior beings that can be turned onto themselves like that, then.
Did you read the story you dirty cutscene skipper?
The planet cause them to lose their control of their power.
That Eorzea is fucked, Hydaelyn is evil, and you really had no reason not to listen to Fray about grabbing your twin sex slaves and bailing to literally anywhere else.
People complain about this dungeon but then get 5 stacks of that poison stuff and instadie
Post the quote.
They could have chosen to think of things other than world ending monstrosities, but because they were scared, they didn't. So much for superior beings.
>So what's the moral of this story?
That the Q continuum is liked by Japan.
And you could have chosen not being a gigantic faggot, but here we are.
FFXIV sucks.
