Porccubus and singing machine's gifts suck gameplay-wise because they can activate their instagib conditions. I agree that shy look's is the ugliest though. For the WN thing, you want to disable Steam Cloud saving (because it likes to keep the WN data around even if you do delete it) and then on the main menu in-game, after you already made a copy of your save and put it somewhere safe, click the LC logo to wipe your save and then you can move in the Yea Forumscorp save without accidentally introducing WN or Challenge Mode data.
I guess having Challenge Mode data doesn't matter but still.

You're either mishandling an abnormality (the first few works are just following your managerial instinct until you get the tips unlocked, at which point you should READ them) or you're getting fucked by ordeals.
Keep an eye on the bar in the top left, when it has a colored icon at the end of it you'll get monsters attacking your facility once it fills up again. If you want to spoil yourself you can check the wiki page on ordeals but each color is always the same event.

It's a bar that fills by one block every time you work on any abnormality (apart from tools). When it fills completely, random abnormalities will have their containment 'meltdown' which starts a timer on their containment. If you don't work on that abnormality before the timer runs out, the abnormality will breach. Every couple times the bar fills you'll get an ordeal, which talks about.

No. Meltdowns and ordeals are just something you have to deal with.
Eventually departments will become immune to abnormalities within them melting down but ordeals are inevitable.

I can handle her first 2 phases mostly fine, no huge issues as long as I pay attention. But whats the best way to dodge her third phase transition, where she tosses NT's and SO's weapons? And then how do I deal with The Smile? I can't figure out a way for my agents to not get dusted the second they get hit by that

There's no downside to retrying a day and save as many people as possible, especially early on, when it's even encouraged. Ideally, you should end the first 20 days or so with no deaths. Eveey time you face a new ordeal, try to see what it does first, then retry the day and try for real. For the first set of ordeals: Green deals a little of Red and a ton of white once it kills an employee or clerk, Amber deals red, Crimson wont attack your employees bur will make abnormalities breach and they will explode on death, and Violets are just a weaker Crimson. You should deathball the first two but NOT the second two

Found an error in her AI on third phase. When ranged attackers get her, she'll think her short ranged weapons can get them and will smash smile hammer on the ground without hitting them. Even the Justitia pale attack cannot reach them. Take advantage of that.
As for her throwing the weapons upon reaching third phase, just shield your agents before it happens. Good luck

Pause when she begins to announce what attack she does. If it's for The Smile, get everyone away from her since it's a 99% speed reduction AoE + shitton of black damage that shreds black shields even with 0.3 black resist.
