ive just realized that some older karts/wheels etc also give a percentage boost for nitro. why is that?

Prehistoric Playground is crap. Blue fire off the bat and one moderately demanding turning section? Where are the fundamentals? Where's engaging track design?

My personal theory is that when they were designing the track, they came up with the initial shortcut, realized you'd need USF to reach it, put it in shortly beforehand, and called it a day.

Repeating what one user said in a previous thread, the fact that they are diversifying Nitro boosts for different characters and karts outside of just the GP characters is super nice. Now you can play as different characters outside the Babies. Also I'm already about a 1/4 through the GP so I'm pretty content already.

It's intended, the baby characters don't have unique voices. Baby Crash and Baby Coco are their respective normal voices just very high pitched. Baby T is just high pitched Crunch.

Managed to get a decent lead in first earlier then a tidal wave of orbs hit, it basiaclly turned 2nd through 8th into one huge clusterfuck as I steadily got further and further ahead with a mix of getting shields, driving fast, and stopping before any jumps or sharp turns if an orb was about to hit.

Altogether it was 6 orbs on that last lap and a clock right as I crossed the finishing line on polar pass

I've bought all GP exclusive items so far that have appeared in the Pit Stop and I have not seen Wooden Doll N. Trance, not in the Pit Stop and not online. You can stop now, he hasn't been available yet. If someone wants to prove me wrong they can post a screenshot showing the unlocked skin without the lock symbol. Seeing the skin online means nothing.

Yeah, basically there is one charactrer slot in the store. It switches out daily, but if you buy the character that is currently there it is switched out immediately for someone else.

So basically you can just keep buying characters in a row until you have the whole roster unlocked, including the trophy girls.
The only problem is that you really can't know how many purchases it will take for them to show up, so you might be stuck buying characters you don't give a fuck about until they eventually do

The grind is surprisingly mild if you are just shooting for characters. Characters are usually the cheapest thing in the store and the weekend+daily coin bonus is insane when it stacks
