Achievements take themselves way too seriously if it has to put the game on lockdown. I used a player made mod to put more teamcolors in Endless Legend because the default only has like 8 basic ass team colors. Of course that alone was enough to invalidate a whole playthrough.

They're something personal to the player, for whatever motivation they have to reach those goals. Who the fuck cares if they cheat to get them?
